I’m confident you’ll love my map making products as much as I do for my own projects, but if they don’t fit with your needs and workflow then the return policy is simple.
If you buy a Map Effects product, try it out, and don't love it you can receive a refund of your money within the first 30 days of your purchase.
If for some reason the product doesn’t work or you’re having trouble installing it, EMAIL ME and I will be happy to help you out.
THE NOT-SO-FINE PRINT
Due to the fact that Map Effects products are digital (so you can keep it once you buy it) there are a few guidelines.
Refunds are limited to two products per customer.
Refunds exclude product bundles.
Josh Stolarz | Map Effects reserves the right to refuse refunds in rare cases where I feel the policy is being abused.
Guarantee for Prints & Merch
All products are made to order, which means as soon as you place your order we begin working on printing and shipping your product. This means, we only do replacements for products that are damaged or have a defect.
If you have received a product that is damaged please provide a photo and EMAIL ME and I will work to get you a replacement as soon as possible.
